Delete Your Account
You can request the deletion of your Caffettino account and all associated data directly from within the app, or by contacting us.
Option 1 — Delete from the app
1. Open the Caffettino app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Option 2 — Contact us
If you are unable to access the app, send an email to request account deletion:

What data is deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Your order history
- Your device tokens and location data
- Your account credentials
Retention period
All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of the request. Anonymised order records may be retained for accounting purposes as required by law.
